If you have any questions and require assistance with any payment made to a merchant using our service, you will need to contact that merchant directly. We are unable to provide you with any information pertaining to any payment that is being processed by any merchant on our platform.
We are a payment processor. A good example of a similar scenario would be, you make a purchase with your Visa credit card. If there is an issue with the purchase, you must contact the merchant or your bank, not Visa.
