Do We Charge a Early Termination Fee?

Per our Terms and Conditions, all merchant accounts are subject to an Early Termination Fee equal to the refundable deposit should you choose to close your Green merchant account within the first 180-days of initial approval by underwriting.

If you were not charged a refundable deposit, there would be no termination fee.

If you are looking to terminate service with us, please email [email protected] from the email address we have on file for your company. If you email from an unknown email address, we will reply and ask that you send your request again from an email address we have on file.
