Your Green gateway now allows you to configure your account’s response to certain Verification Codes. If you are experiencing any issues with certain Verification Codes, you may have the ability to change the way our system handles that particular code for your account. In order to make these changes to your account information, please see the following steps:
1. Log into your merchant account at Green.Money
2. Go to ACCOUNT on the menu bar
3. Choose option MY ACCOUNT
4. Under ACCOUNT DETAILS, click VERIFICATION
5. Identify the VERIFICATION CODE you need to change
6. Click the CURRENT VERIFICATION MODE dropdown menu on the right-hand side
7. Select either PASSING, RISKY, or FAIL
