How to Track a Deposit

In order to see the tracking information associated with your Echecks processed through Green, please take the following steps:

1. Log into your merchant account.

2. Go to REPORT on the menu bar.

3. Click on DASHBOARD.

4. In the middle of the screen on the report dashboard, click on TRACKING.

5. Click on the linked Tracking Number for the date the check processed.
