How to Fund a Prepaid Balance

All of the instructions for funding your Green Prepaid Balance can be found on your merchant account.

1. Log into your merchant account.
2. Go to ACCOUNT on the menu bar.
3. Click on MY ACCOUNT.
4. Locate ACCOUNT DETAILS. Then, scroll down and click on INFORMATION.
5. Under PREPAID DEPOSIT, follow the instructions.
6. Fill out the TELL US ABOUT YOUR DEPOSIT form.

We will not post funds to your prepaid balance until they are received and verified. We do not offer lines of credit for prepaid balances.
